FormPrompter is the only production prompter and implements the rich
prompt API, so Ask, AskText and ConfirmDefault become the Prompter
interface and the plain Input/Confirm fallbacks go away.
Confirmations that default to no derive their non-terminal wording
from the prompt, and single deletes share deleteConfirmed for the
prompt, the request and the done line.

Mutations end with a.jsonResult or a.created instead of hand-rolled
--json branches, the two identical jsonResult/writeMutationJSON helpers
become one, and writeBatchJSON checks --json itself so batch commands

Errors are named by the service call that failed: Classify,
NotFoundError and ConflictError at the call site. Remove the endpoint
parser that guessed the resource from the request path, and the
follow-up reads the explainer made at error time (repository state,
issue-vs-pull-request, the existing pull request's URL) together with
the credentialed transport each API error carried for them.
Calls that the endpoint parser covered and the services did not now
classify themselves: issues, pull requests, reviews, comments,
releases, branches, wiki pages, repositories, organizations and SSH
keys. Unclassified failures fall back to the generic
"not found (HTTP 404 GET ...)" text.

Drop additions that the UX plan does not ask for:
- the interactive label edit form; label edit now requires a flag
- label clone and the skip mode of label creation it needed
- repo rename rewriting the Git remote or tea.repository; it now
warns that the remote still points to the old name
- the extra "source" remote on clones of pull mirrors
- run artifact download, which duplicates run download --zip
- 256-color and 24-bit label swatches; colors stay ANSI 16
- config list --show-source (config get keeps it)
- the membership and access GETs before team member/repo add and
remove; Gitea's PUT and DELETE are idempotent
label edit/delete keep --by-name: it is the only way to address a
label whose name is a number that is also another label's ID.

The hints for a missing repository, a pull request number that names an

client.

label edit without flags on a terminal now opens a form with the label's
name, color, description and flags, like milestone edit and issue edit,

commands without generating the text from the verb.

search issue and search pr printed rows without a header, showed merged
pull requests as closed and never said that more results exist. They now
show REPO#ID TITLE STATE AUTHOR UPDATED under a context line that counts
the matches and points at the next page, are also search issues and
search prs, take -s -L -A -l -m and @me, and use --until for --before,
which still works. Search results gain an author JSON field.

it), with -O/--output and -D/--dir from the shared download flags.
attachment list shows ID NAME SIZE DOWNLOADS CREATED with readable

✓ lines; delete names the attachment in its confirmation. The commands
accept issue and pull request URLs and have help text with examples.

title. It now shows ID ISSUE USER SPENT WHEN with "#1 Login fails",
"1h 30m" and relative times on a terminal, followed by the total of the
listed time, and points at --mine when no repository is selected.
--issue takes issue URLs, --username takes @me, and --since replaces
--from, which still works.
time create (also add and log) reports "✓ Logged 1h 25m on alice/x#1
(title)"; time delete and reset name the time they delete in their
confirmation and ✓ line. Time records gain an issue_title JSON field.

milestone view printed the list row, and milestone list hid the due date
and progress. milestone list now shows ID TITLE [STATE] DUE PROGRESS, open
milestones first and by due date; milestone view shows the state, due
date, progress, description and the milestone's web page (also --web).
Every milestone command addresses milestones by title or ID. Mutations
report ✓ lines: milestone create also prints the new milestone's URL and
takes the title as an argument; close and reopen skip milestones already
in that state; delete names the milestone in its confirmation; milestone
issue add and remove report one line such as "✓ Added #1, #2 to
milestone "v1.0" in alice/x". milestone issue list uses the issue table.
milestone edit without flags on a terminal opens the milestone form with
the current values, and every milestone command completes milestone
titles and has help text with examples.

label edit bug and label delete kind/feature failed with "invalid resource
number", and label create took its name as --name and required
--color. Like gh, label create takes the name as an argument and picks
a random color without -c; label edit and delete take names or IDs
(delete several at once, after a confirmation that names them), and
-c/-d/-n/-f are the gh short flags. Without a name on a terminal, label
create asks for the name, color and description.
label list shows ID NAME COLOR DESCRIPTION FLAGS with a colored swatch
and exclusive and archived labels flagged. Mutations report ✓ lines.
label import reads a label file or stdin (label create --file still
works), label clone copies another repository's labels, skipping those
that exist unless --force, and label export writes to stdout by default
or to -O/--output.

tea issue comment 12 --body "LGTM" failed with "unknown flag: --body"; the
comment had to be created with issue comment create. issue comment and
pr comment now take the issue or pull request and -b/-F/-e directly,
plus --edit-last and --delete-last for your last comment. The
subcommands stay, create is also add, and a misspelled subcommand
suggests the right one.
Comments are written in the configured editor or a multi-line
"Comment (markdown):" field, which edits start from the current text,
without a confirmation afterwards. The new comment's URL goes to stdout
with a ✓ line; deletes ask "Delete comment 81 on alice/x#1?". comment
list shows each comment under a "#79 alice • about 2 hours ago"
heading on a terminal and as key/value blocks when piped, and comment
JSON gains issue_number.

issue list renders through the shared table: a context line, ID TITLE
LABELS [STATE] [KIND] AUTHOR UPDATED with relative times on a terminal,
the ID colored by state and linked, and a stable tab-separated column
set when piped; empty results say so on stderr. It gains -s -L -l -a -A
-m -S -w, @me, comma-separated label and milestone filters, and --web.
issue view, edit, close and reopen accept #N, OWNER/REPO#N and issue
URLs. Mutations report "✓ Created/Edited/Closed issue alice/x#5 (title)"
on a terminal; issue create prints the new issue's URL on stdout (also
as issue new), and close and reopen skip issues already in that state
with a ! line and take -c/--comment. issue create and edit gain the gh
short flags and singular --add-label, --remove-label, --add-assignee and
--remove-assignee (the plural names still work), and create gains --web.
The interactive create form asks for the title and body, then "What's
next?" (submit, add metadata or cancel), without a confirmation after
it; the edit form names the issue it edits. Every issue command has help
text with examples and completes its flags and issue numbers.

label export wrote "#7057ff good first issue ;" with a dangling separator

reads them back.

milestone view v2.0 failed with "invalid resource number" although its
usage promised <id-or-name>, and issue create --milestone v1.0 failed
with a strconv error. Every milestone argument (view, edit, delete,
close, reopen, milestone issue add|remove|list) and issue create|edit
-m/--milestone now accept a title or an ID: a number is an ID first,
then a title; --by-name matches numeric titles only. --milestone-name
stays as a hidden name of --milestone, and issue edit gains
--remove-milestone (as does --milestone 0).

tea label create --name bug twice created a second "bug" label, after

ambiguity error for labels that already share a name lists their IDs.

Gitea serves pull request comments and attachments through issue
endpoints, so tea pr comment create 1 posted on issue #1. pr comment and
pr attachment commands now check that the number is a pull request, and
comment IDs that the comment is on one, and point at the issue command
otherwise: "#1 in alice/project is an issue, not a pull request; use tea
issue comment create 1". Issues gain a kind field (issue or pull) in JSON.

Gitea drops milestone filter values it cannot resolve and lists every

tea pr status starts with the pull request of the checked-out branch,
"[feat/one] - Checks: 2 pending · Review: Approved", then lists the
pull requests created by you, assigned to you and requesting your
review under bold headings, as linked #N or OWNER/REPO#N refs with
truncated titles instead of URL columns, and "Nothing here" for an
empty section. Its JSON adds current_branch.
tea status uses the same layout, adds a Mentions section (open issues
and pull requests that mention you; JSON "mentions"), and lists the
failing runs of the clone's repository without -R, naming the remote
it came from. Piped output keeps the URLs.

pr merge takes the method from the repository's default merge style
instead of always merging (D22), accepts gh's --merge, --squash and
--rebase next to -s/--method, refuses methods the repository disables,
and adds -d/--delete-branch (defaulting to the repository setting),
--auto, -t, -b, -F and -e. On a terminal it asks for the method and
branch deletion with the defaults preselected, without a picker when
the current branch has a pull request. It reports "✓ Squashed and
merged pull request alice/x#3 (title)", the deleted remote branch, and
switches off and deletes the local head branch; --json returns the
merged pull request. Merged, closed and draft pull requests are
reported before anything is asked. -s without a value points at
--squash.
pr checkout names the local branch after the head branch when that
name is free or already at the head, falling back to OWNER/BRANCH for
forks and pr/NUMBER (D13), fetches and switches quietly, reports
"✓ Checked out #1 into feat/one", and has the alias co. pr clean
reports what it deleted and that a remote branch was already gone.
pr create asks for the title and body, then "What's next?": submit,
submit as a draft, add metadata or change the branches, without the
AGit question up front or a final confirmation. It pushes an unpushed
head with --set-upstream --quiet ("✓ Pushed feat/one to origin"),
prints "✓ Created pull request alice/x#9 (title)" and the URL, and
adds --fill, --web, the alias new, the gh shorthands, and milestones
by title.
New tea pr ready [--undo]. pr close and reopen take -c/--comment,
close takes -d/--delete-branch, and both say when the pull request
already is in that state. pr edit reports "✓ Edited", takes the
singular gh reviewer flags (the plurals still work), milestones by
title and --remove-milestone. pr diff is colored and paged on a
terminal and byte-exact when piped, with --name-only, --color and
--web. Every pull request argument accepts #N, URLs and branch names
and defaults to the current branch's pull request.

tea pr checks printed relative links, "Error: pull request checks have
not all succeeded" with exit 1 for checks that were only pending, and
nothing at all without checks. It now heads the table with a colored
verdict and "0 failing, 1 successful, and 2 pending checks", prints a
status icon and absolute links, and exits 8 while checks are pending
and 1 when one failed, without an Error line (D21). clierr.Quiet
carries such an exit code past main without a message. Without checks
it says "no checks reported for pull request alice/x#8".
--watch redraws the summary in place on a terminal, and an expired
--timeout reads "timed out after 3s waiting for 2 pending checks". The

tea pr list prints a header, a "Showing N of M" line and the ID, TITLE,
BRANCH, STATE, AUTHOR and CREATED columns on a terminal, fit to its

OWNER:BRANCH, drafts and merged pull requests have their own state,
and STATE appears on a terminal only when --state is not open. New
filters: --state merged, -d/--draft, -H/--head, -a/--assignee,
-S/--search and -w/--web, plus the gh shorthands -s, -A, -B, -l and
-m; --milestone takes a title or an ID, and @me works for --author and
--assignee. An empty list says so on stderr. draft, merged_at and
merged_by are exported in JSON, and reviewers, reviewer_teams and
merged_by, which Gitea's list leaves out, are read when --json names
them.
issue view and pr view render through terminal.View. Pull requests
show Draft and Merged badges, "alice merged into main from fix" with
the merge time, each reviewer's latest state ("bob (Approved), carol
(Requested)"), a checks summary pointing at tea pr checks, and why a
pull request cannot be merged. --comments includes reviews without a
body ("dave approved these changes") and comment IDs. Issues show
their due date and ref, and both kinds hint at --comments when there
are comments. pr view accepts #N, URLs and branch names, and its JSON
adds review_decision. Check links are absolute.

tea pr review takes gh's review flags: -a/--approve, -r/--request-changes
and -c/--comment, with -b/--body, -F/--body-file and -e/--editor, and
--pending for a review to submit later. --event is hidden but still
accepted, case-insensitively, as approve, approved, request-changes,
request_changes, comment or pending. tea pr review create is the same
command under the name people look for.
The pull request argument is optional and accepts #N, URLs and branch
names; without one, the pull request of the current branch is reviewed.
Without a review type, tea opens the interactive review on a terminal
and otherwise fails with "choose a review type" instead of posting a
comment. Review types given as a subcommand ("tea pr review approve 13")
point at the flag, and approving or requesting changes on one's own pull
request fails before any editor opens.
The interactive review asks for the type first, hiding Approve and
Request changes for the author, then for an inline body that ctrl+e
opens in the configured editor, then offers to annotate the diff, and
confirms with a default of yes. A declined submission keeps the body as
a draft.
Successful reviews report "✓ Approved pull request alice/x#13 (title)"
on a terminal and print the review URL. review submit finds the
caller's pending review when no ID is given, review list and comments
are tables with headers, and dismiss, undismiss, delete, request and
cancel-request say what they did. Every review command has examples and
completes pull request and review IDs.

wiki edit P --title New failed with "supply --body": renaming now keeps
the page's content, and edit needs one of --title, --body, --body-file
or --editor. wiki list --limit 1 returned every page because Gitea
replaces a limit of 1 with its default; the page list is now read whole
and paged on the client, so --limit and --page hold and the context line
counts the pages.
wiki create takes the title as an argument and, without --body, asks for
the content in the editor or an inline multi-line field. wiki view shows
the author, last update and revision count above the rendered page, and
--web opens it. wiki list and revisions show headed columns, page names
complete with Tab, and every change reports a ✓ line.

release view printed "v0.1.0 v0.1.0" and a URL: the notes and assets
were only in --json. It now shows the title and tag, a Latest,
Pre-release or Draft badge, who released it when and the target, the
assets with their sizes and the notes, rendered on a terminal. Without
a tag it shows the latest release, and --web opens it.
release asset upload silently attached a second asset with the same
name; it now refuses unless --clobber replaces the existing one.
release delete printed the deleted release as a live row; it reports
"✓ Deleted release v2.0.0 ... (tag kept; use --delete-tag)".
release list shows TITLE, TYPE, TAG and PUBLISHED. release create takes
asset files after the tag, -t/-n/-F/-e/-d/-p (--body and --body-file
still work) and the new alias. Downloads select assets by name or ID or
with --pattern, default to every asset of the latest release, write to
./NAME, --dir or --output with --clobber/--skip-existing, and --archive
fetches the source code. release upload and release download are
shortcuts for the asset commands, asset edit and delete take names or
IDs, and the release JSON gains author and assets.

branch protect nope exited 0 and created a rule for a missing branch,
and protecting twice failed with "permission denied". Branches must now
exist (--pattern protects a glob instead), an existing rule warns
"! main is already protected", and unprotecting an unprotected branch
warns instead of failing. The rule is explained in help and set with
--required-approvals, --allow-push, --status-check,
--block-on-rejected-reviews and --dismiss-stale-approvals.
branch list shows NAME (marking the default branch), COMMIT, PROTECTED,

repo create --license NOPE returned Gitea's HTTP 500 internals. License,
.gitignore and label templates are now checked against the server's
lists, case-insensitively, and complete with Tab. --source DIR adds the
new repository as a remote of a local Git repository and --push pushes
its current branch; --public is the explicit opposite of --private, and
-d/-g/-l and the new alias follow gh. --trust-model now offers the names
Gitea accepts. A prompted name is confirmed with the visibility, owner
and host, and creation reports "✓ Created repository ..." and the URL.
repo edit --default-branch nope exited 0 without changing anything; the
branch must now exist. Edit gains --visibility, --enable-issues/-wiki/
-pull-requests/-projects, --allow-merge-commit/-squash/-rebase,
--delete-branch-on-merge, --default-merge-style and --add-topic/
--remove-topic, and reports which settings it changed.

repo sync OWNER/REPO, run where no Git remote points to the repository,
now updates it on the server: a fork's branch fast-forwards to its
parent's through merge-upstream, and a pull mirror fetches its source.
repo fork reports an existing fork ("! bob/x already exists") instead of
a raw HTTP 409, refuses to fork a repository into its own owner, and
gains --fork-name, --clone (Git flags after --) and --remote, which adds
the fork as origin and renames the old origin to upstream.
repo clone passes Git flags after --, and takes --upstream-remote-name
and --no-upstream for forks. Clones report what they set up.

prints the saved repository with --view, removes it with --unset, and

repo archive asks "Archive alice/x? It becomes read-only." and warns
"! alice/x is already archived" without a request when there is nothing
to do. Archive, unarchive, rename and delete confirm with a ✓ line on a
terminal, and --json returns the repository.

archived, empty) and UPDATED under "Showing N of M repositories ...", an
empty-state message on stderr, and tab-separated rows with the URL when
piped. --type, --sort and --order complete and validate their values.
repo view shows the visibility and kind badges, stars, forks, open
issues and pull requests, the parent of a fork, the source of a mirror,
the default branch and the clone URLs, followed by the README of the
default branch (or --branch), rendered on a terminal. The repository
JSON gains empty, stars_count, forks_count, open_issues_count,
open_pr_count, topics and updated_at.

repo create accepts OWNER/NAME, creating in the organization OWNER.

tea repo sync ran git switch on the synced branch, so syncing main while
on experiment left the user on main. A branch that is not checked out now
moves with update-ref, guarded by its old value; the checked-out branch
merges with --ff-only and needs a clean working tree; a missing branch is
created and set to track the remote. Diverged branches stay untouched.
Sync reports "✓ Synced main from origin/main (fast-forward a..b)" on a
terminal, "already up to date" when nothing changed, and the JSON result
gains the previous commit. Outside a clone, or without a remote for the
repository, the errors now name repo sync instead of checkout.
