Drop additions that the UX plan does not ask for:
- the interactive label edit form; label edit now requires a flag
- label clone and the skip mode of label creation it needed
- repo rename rewriting the Git remote or tea.repository; it now
warns that the remote still points to the old name
- the extra "source" remote on clones of pull mirrors
- run artifact download, which duplicates run download --zip
- 256-color and 24-bit label swatches; colors stay ANSI 16
- config list --show-source (config get keeps it)
- the membership and access GETs before team member/repo add and
remove; Gitea's PUT and DELETE are idempotent
label edit/delete keep --by-name: it is the only way to address a
label whose name is a number that is also another label's ID.

repo sync OWNER/REPO, run where no Git remote points to the repository,
now updates it on the server: a fork's branch fast-forwards to its
parent's through merge-upstream, and a pull mirror fetches its source.
repo fork reports an existing fork ("! bob/x already exists") instead of
a raw HTTP 409, refuses to fork a repository into its own owner, and
gains --fork-name, --clone (Git flags after --) and --remote, which adds
the fork as origin and renames the old origin to upstream.
repo clone passes Git flags after --, and takes --upstream-remote-name
and --no-upstream for forks. Clones report what they set up.
repo set-default checks that the repository exists before saving it,
prints the saved repository with --view, removes it with --unset, and
reports the change.

repo unarchive restores an archived repository, and repo rename renames
one, moving the Git remote or the saved default repository that selected
it to the new name. The archived-repository hint now points to
tea repo unarchive.
repo archive asks "Archive alice/x? It becomes read-only." and warns
"! alice/x is already archived" without a request when there is nothing
to do. Archive, unarchive, rename and delete confirm with a ✓ line on a
terminal, and --json returns the repository.

In a clone of a fork, repository discovery prefers the upstream remote,
so `tea repo delete --yes` deleted the parent repository. With --yes,
repo delete and repo archive now require the repository as an argument
or --repo. Interactively, repo delete asks the user to type the
repository name, and both prompts say where an inferred repository
came from.
