Renamed (typo) openssl-rfc.mappping.html and added entries

Some SSLv2 ciphers were missing (see openssl/ssl/ssl2.h and
SSLeay (ssl.h + ssl_lib.c).

Also in this list security bit strength None were renamed to '0',
encryption None to Null.
