Dirk e29b1f40e6 Improve HTML-Formatting, minor additions ...

The HTML manual is now post processed through tidy
which removes the problem of ">" not HTML encoded.

--color 0 is now explicitly mentioned to avoid escaped codes in the
output.

Minor changes wrt certificate stores
